COMMMUNICATION

We stay in communication to make sure we have updated data in STELLARDOC for each new school year. Stellar tracks staffing changes and all of the schools assigned to each staff member. Stellar provides regular reporting to school administrators with the pertinent details of their program needed to maximize the district’s reimbursements: credentialing reports, documentation reports, and consent reports. These reports are all available in the Administrator Portal of STELLARDOC.

Importance of Documentation

Mistakes in documentation can prevent school districts from receiving money for otherwise eligible services provided to students. STELLARDOC is set up to have providers document on all students receiving services, regardless of TennCare eligibility.  The benefits of having providers document all of their services without worrying about payment source are many. For billing purposes, we do regular eligibility searches to identify any new TennCare students, and then STELLARDOC can bill for all of the eligible services that have already been documented.
