School-Based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)

Location: Lawrenceville, GA

Employment Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat communication and language disorders while collaborating with educators, families, and other professionals to help students succeed academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
  • Provide direct therapy services, consultation, and classroom support as needed.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations.
  • Document student progress and maintain compliance with all federal, state, and district regulations.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Active SLP license in the state of practice (or eligibility to obtain before start date).
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates welcome!
  • School-based or pediatric experience preferred, not required.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for helping children reach their fullest potential.
